Dear lady,

When buying a COSART cosmetic – pencil you have just acquired a new generation of cosmetic-pencil. In order to use the advantages which this pencil will offer to you please keep the following in mind:

• The pencil features a rotating mechanism which advances the top very gently. Do not let the top advance more than shown in the picture – it cannot be turned back.
  
  
• When the top of the pencil is worn down, turn clockwise until the lead moves forward, then twist point gently against a clean piece of paper to sharpen the top.
  
  
• By the use of the latest technology and design, the lead of the pencil is much softer than those of ordinary wooden pencils. Therefore it offers much better color flow. To draw a line or apply lid-shadow or lip-color a smooth touch is sufficient.
  
  
• Immediately after application the fine oils evaporate, leaving a tremendously resistant make-up. After use please keep the pencil tightly closed with the cap at all times.
